Great golf cart service at Cox Harley Davidson. A while back, I met Robbie Cox of Cox Harley Davidson at Pinehurst CC, and we talked about golf carts. Long story short--I had them install an extended roof and fitted windshield on my EZGO cart. Robbie's son, Andrew, came to my house and did an excellent job at a great price. I had a troublesome issue with my cart and worked with the Cox golf cart service group to resolve. Both Andrew and Robbie worked with me to correct the issue. I can't express enough my gratitude for the support and energy by the Cox team to make sure my issue was corrected to my satisfaction. Having created and managed my own companies, I understand the value of customer service. Andrew and the Cox team certainly have my respect!

I recently bought an EZGO golf cart through Cox's Double Eagle Golf Carts. Andrew was great to work with, and I feel like I got a great deal. The service guys even installed a set of custom wheels that I bought separately. And I'm thrilled to have an EZGO. There's a reason why the brand is #1 in golf carts. Lots of new brands out there to choose from now. The lower purchase price and faster speed of one of those other brands sucked me in a couple of years ago, but not long after buying it, I started noticing lots of things I didn't like about it. Now I'm back in a real golf cart again, and I won't go back. The EZGO is much smoother to drive, better handling, better quality in general.
