Peach Week 5k Fun Run to benefit FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund.
Peach Week in the Sandhills is an exhilarating, week-long celebration you won’t want to miss! Running from July 18th to July 27th in the beautiful Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen area, this festival elevates the annual North Carolina Peach Festival into an unforgettable experience. Immerse yourself in a community dedicated to all things peach, featuring an array of spectacular events including restaurant week, a thrilling 5K run, specialty peach-infused drinks, mini golf, live music, a dazzling car show, and so much more!
One of the most exciting highlights of Peach Week is the Fun Run on July 24, 2025— a 5K (3.1-mile) race designed for everyone, from seasoned athletes to those just looking to enjoy a fun day out. In collaboration with Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area CVB, Double Eagle Lifestyle Carts, and FirstHealth Fitness, this community-centric event not only promotes wellness but also fosters camaraderie and support for a noble cause.
All proceeds from this spirited event will directly benefit the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund, making your participation truly impactful. Runners and participants can indulge in delightful treats, including creamy ice cream from Steller Scoops and fresh, succulent peaches from local farms, complemented by refreshing water supplied by Pool Store of the Pines and various exciting giveaways.

Enjoy this walk/run along a 5k trail with modest inclines circling the Pinehurst community among the beautiful longleaf pines and community. This trail is gravel and pavement. Strollers are welcome. Please only service animals.
